Our employees have access to pharmacy benefits through CVS Caremark, which makes tracking and managing your medications simple. When you enroll in a UnitedHealthcare medical plan, it will automatically be paired with the corresponding pharmacy plan. You will have a separate Rx card for prescription drugs, through CVS.

Stay on top of your health with affordable and accessible prescription drug coverage. You can get a digital version of your ID card by logging into your member portal at Caremark.com.

cvs cAREMARK SERVICES

90-day supplies
Save on medications you take regularly (such as high blood pressure or diabetes medicine) when you fill 90-day supplies. Register online or call the number on your member ID card. They’ll contact your doctor for a new prescription and handle all the details.
home delivery program
Get those 90-day supplies delivered to your door, giving you one less thing to worry about. Register online or call the number on your member ID card for live help getting set up.
specialty pharmacy
Update your specialty prescriptions to be delivered by mail or for pick up at any CVS Pharmacy.
prudentrx

PrudentRx can help you save on specialty medications by providing personalized cost management and support. It works with patients, pharmacies and drug manufacturers to minimize out-of-pocket expenses and ensure access to necessary treatments, often at little or no cost to you!

Your plan includes the PrudentRx program for certain eligible specialty medications exclusively dispensed by CVS Specialty. If you are enrolled in PrudentRx, your final out of pocket cost will be $0 for any specialty drug on the PrudentRx formulary. For any drug not listed on the PrudentRx formulary, your plan will revert back to the CVS Caremark copay amount of $130. If you opt out of PrudentRx, you will pay a 30% penalty for any specialty drug listed on the PrudentRx formulary. 

For HDHP enrollees, all benefits noted are available only after meeting your deductible.
