This dental plan is a PPO providing coverage for both in-network and out-of-network services. To maximize your cost savings, it is beneficial to use an in-network dentist. If you opt for an out-of-network dentist, you will be responsible for any costs exceeding Cigna’s negotiated fees, as well as any applicable deductibles and coinsurance for your procedure. Dependent children are covered until the end of the month in which they turn 26.
