You must be a full-time employee working a minimum of 30 hours per week on a regular basis.

You may add, drop, or change coverage for you and/or your dependents if you experience a qualifying event and submit a request for the change within 30 days to Human Resources.

You will receive an ID card in the mail if you are electing medical coverage.
