As the only plan facilitating enrollment in the tax-advantaged Health Savings Account (HSA), the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) empowers employees to set aside pre-taxed funds for medical expenses. However, it mandates meeting the deductible before coverage commences.

With the lowest employee premium, the Doctor’s Plan offers a $0 copay on in-network primary care visits, though it has a narrower network limited to Maricopa and Pinal Counties.
